All Video Technologies releases UTouch MHP authoring tool

All Video Technologies, a provider of interactive video post-production software, has announced the release of UTouch for Cardinal available directly from Cardinal Systems, a provider of interactive television software services.

UTouch for Cardinal enables synchronized object-specific interactivity to be added to any MHP content. Users can define and track any component in a video, its special effects and triggers while synchronizing the video component to the special effect. The component is also synchronized with the broadcast and then dynamically generated for the viewer.

Users can easily trigger effects with just a point-and-click from their remote control and perform such actions as prompt for additional information or even purchase products when applicable.
