Utah Scientific Appoints Randy Rose Head of Customer Service

Utah Scientific Inc. has appointed Randy Rose the manager of customer service. Rose's role is to oversee all support issues for Utah Scientific's range of routing and master control switching solutions.
The company said Rose's mission will be to maintain the company's position in customer service while continually improving the services offered to its worldwide customer base. The department won a Frost and Sullivan Customer Service Leadership Award in 2005.
"Customer support has always been a number one priority for us, and Randy has played an integral role in reinforcing this position for many years," said Tom Harmon, CEO of Utah Scientific. "He and I have worked closely over the past few years to fine tune the department such that we ensure all customers receive prompt, individual attention to support their operations when and where they need it."
Rose began his broadcast career as a final test technician for Utah Scientific in 1988. In 1998, he joined the customer service department as a field services engineer, handling commissioning, onsite training and phone support. In his new role, Rose will report directly to Harmon.
