The Deseret Morning News reports that a court-appointed trustee was able to obtain a court order allowing USDTV's off-air subscription DTV service to continue during the reorganization. It also said a few employees were back at the phones at the USDTV customer call center.
According to the article, "USDTV customer service is back up despite bankruptcy", USDTV has about 16,000 subscribers in Salt Lake City, Dallas, Albuquerque and Las Vegas.
The Customer Care page on the USDTV Web site has phone and e-mail addresses for customer service. It also said, "At this time we are not able to install new services or send a technician to your home. We hope to provide these services in the near future."
