Content creation and delivery systems solutions provider Quantel has just announced the appointment of Cory Factor as vice president of sales to their North American subsidiary, Quantel, Inc.
Factor first worked with Quantel at the Sky Broadcasting company in 2004 as a representative of DayPort, which he co-founded. Dayport assisted Quantel in implementing an internet content publishing toolset located at Sky.
Factor’s role at DayPort revolved around leading the development of online applications in broadcasting, particularly the creation of VOD solutions.
Factor is looking forward to the challenges of his new role at Quantel, in what he sees as an exciting time in the industry, with much potential to expand their North American base.
