QuStream Corp.'s PESA/Fortel DTV, a provider of analog and digital video and audio equipment for broadcast applications, has named three new appointments to the company's sales team.
Industry veteran Richard Phillips was appointed to the position of Southeast area sales manager with responsibility for direct sales in Alabama, Georgia, Florida, Mississippi, Tennessee, South Carolina, and North Carolina. Prior to his position with PESA/Fortel, Phillips held several positions with Sony Electronics Broadcast and Professional Products Division over a 15-year tenure. Phillips is based in Jacksonville, Fla.
QuStream has also appointed Chris Waddell as the South Central sales manager with responsibility for direct sales in Texas, Oklahoma, Alaska, Louisiana, Colorado, Kansas, New Mexico, Missouri and Wyoming. Waddell's most recent experience includes selling Inscriber Technology exclusively in the south central U.S. He is based in Dallas.
Dan Weaver of Dan Weaver & Associates has signed on to represent PESA/Fortel DTV in the Midwest, covering Ohio, Kentucky, Indiana, Illinois, Wisconsin, Michigan, Iowa, Minnesota, North Dakota, South Dakota and Nebraska. Weaver is also a former Sony Broadcast sales professional with over 20 years of managing the Midwest region in varying sales and engineering support positions.
