New Mexico PBS Stations Automate With Sundance Titan

New Mexico's three Public Broadcasting are switching to automated facility control with Sundance Digital's Titan system.

The stations, KRWG-TV in Las Cruces, KENW-TV in Portales and KNME-TV in Albuquerque/Santa Fe join more than 40 other PBS member stations around the country using Sundance Digital automation.

With Titan's distributed processing architecture, each of the New Mexico stations will be able to remotely control each other if necessary. All of the stations elected to use the Sundance Digital Intelli-Sat and TitanSync options for schedule management and to ensure redundant operational capability, with each station backing up the others. The stations plan to add Sundance Digital's Archive Manager for interfacing between the station's "middleware" and the Titan System.
