nCUBE Corp. recently promoted its president, Michael Pohl, to the additional post of CEO. nCUBE provides on-demand media and advertising insertion systems for cable and telecommunications network operators.
During his tenure as president, Pohl has pursued on-demand technology development and helped bring network personal video recording (nPVR) and Digital Program Insertion to market. He will continue to work on increasing worldwide business opportunities and maximizing company efficiency.
He was previously the president and CEO of SkyConnect, which was acquired by nCUBE. He has also worked as a national cable industry lobbyist on the Cable Communications Policy Act of 1984. Pohl is currently a member of the NCTA and the Cable & Telecommunications Association for Marketing.
