Media DVX, a provider of digital media exchange services for advertising, broadcast and post production markets, has appointed Scott J. Yetter as president. He was most recently a principal at Katalyst LLC, a venture capital and business advisory firm. Yetter was also vice president of sales and marketing for Impresse Corp., a marketing and media collaboration service.
