The FCC is tracking broadcasters' progress in the DTV transition through FCC Form 387 updates. Broadcasters that have not completed construction of their final post-transition DTV facilities need to file a Form 387 by Oct. 20. Based on conversations with broadcasters and manufacturers, it appears delivery dates for late-ordered equipment may be slipping. Scheduling crews for equipment installation and check out may also be difficult, even for work after Feb. 18.

To view the filing for any station, visit the FCC CDBS application search page, enter the station call letters, including -TV if applicable, and look for filings with the prefix BDTUCT.
