This week the FCC will devote its entire Jan. 13 Open Commission Meeting to presentations made by senior agency officials about the implementation of the agency's strategic plan and a comprehensive review of FCC policies and procedures. Last week several FCC Bureaus released their reports in the FCC 2004 Biennial Regulatory Review. Reports from the Office of Engineering and Technology and the International Bureau are summarized elsewhere in this week's RF Report. The Wireless Telecommunications Bureau Staff Report is available online. The Media Bureau report had not been released as of Jan. 9.
