RF Central ships RFX-RMR-II receiver

RF Central has begun delivery of its new RFX-RMR-II 5.8GHz rack-mounted receiver.

Designed for live sports stadium and arena coverage as well as ENG news remotes, the unit offers HD upgradeability.

The RMR-II receives both SD and HD signals and outputs composite video, SDI (HD) or DVB-ASI. Featuring an array of audio capabilities, including analog, digital and fully embedded audio outputs, the RMR-II offers robust RF performance with exceptional adjacent channel rejection and is built with a fully upgradeable COFDM decoder. Demodulation modes include QPSK, 16 QAM and 64 QAM with auto detection. The RMR-II is also offered in the 2GHz frequency band. Other frequencies are available upon request.

WMUR-TV Says FAA Drone Rules Preclude ENG
