Petrol unveils new carriers, rain protection for Sony EX3 camcorder

Petrol has introduced two new camera carriers and a raincover for the Sony PMW-EX3 HDV camcorder.

The Dr. Petrol camera carrier (PDRB-4) carries the EX3 and similarly sized cameras and offers fast and easy camera access on the job. The bag's hinged top unzips extra wide to reveal a central compartment with enough room to hold the EX3 fully equipped, without disturbing the mic, viewfinder or mattebox.

Petrol's Cocoon (PCBP-3N) is well-suited for transporting an EX3 and a laptop while traveling or hiking to hard-to-reach locations. The PCBP-3N's ergonomic backpack system is optimally designed to provide correct weight distribution and greater carrying comfort.

The PRC-XL raincover provides weather protection for the PMW-EX3 while shooting. Constructed of nylon, it features an extra-large clear vinyl side window for camera control visibility.
