The system offers the strength of a flyaway antenna in a complete, portable design. The Back-Pack Flyaway accommodates frequent travel with its worldwide transmit and receive operation in Ku- or Ka-bands.

The system is stored in a durable nylon backpack case. The lightweight backpack design is airline-checkable and weighs 65lbs.

The new system features Patriot's dual-skin sectional reflector and a low-profile tripod mount.
