New MRC DXR5000 answers call for intercity relay

The new Microwave Radio Communications’ DXR5000 digital fixed-link radio is a compact digital microwave system designed for STL, intercity relay, statewide network and other point-to-point microwave applications.

Supporting up to 155Mb/s, the DXR5000 includes multiple ASI and G.703 interfaces and can multiplex up to four sources. It can be controlled and monitored via a Web browser through an Ethernet connection.

The DXR5000 is available in a variety of configurations, including hot standby, non-protected, diversity and simplex/duplex terminals. Models are available for 2GHz to 15GHz use.
