BMS-Europe features CT2020HD COFDM camera transmitter

At IBC2008 this week, Broadcast Microwave Services-Europe is showcasing its CT2020HD COFDM camera transmitter as well as three diversity receive system components, including two antenna systems and a receiver.

The CT2020HD wireless HD transmitter delivers performance that is virtually indistinguishable from that of triax-operated cameras.

The Diversa Tracker, a six-way diversity antenna unit optimized for near, middle and distant reception, can be used for fixed and mobile operation. It provides 360-degree coverage with seamless switching between sector and directional tracking-antennas for long-distance reception.

The VLA2415LP Diversa Pod is a compact six-way antenna unit with linear polarization for wireless camera or DENG applications. The Diversa Pod comes with integrated downconverters and covers the 2GHz, 3GHz, 4GHz and 6GHz ranges.

The DR2524HD modular two-way diversity receiver relies on DVB-T receiver technology for use in mobile applications.
