Wireworks AVHD3 delivers compact connection solution for crowded studios, trucks

Wireworks will feature the AVHD3, which offers up to 240 coaxial or 230 balanced audio connections in three rack spaces, at NAB2008.

The AVHD3, which is well-suited for crowded broadcast studios and production truck applications, features 24 precision coax contacts housed in a heavy-duty connector. The AVHD3 comes with the tail necessary to link directly to equipment in the rack, making it secure and durable. It is designed with cast metal connector frames and backshells as well as gold contacts for the highest connector density available. No additional BNC interconnect cables or bulky breakout boxes are required.

Wireworks’ AVHD3 can be configured exactly to meet individual specifications. Mixed video and audio systems can also be configured to individual requirements.
