TV One to showcase C2-2355A in branding, graphic overlay, logo insertion application

TV One will demonstrate how its C2-2355A universal HD/SD video processor, a PC and a graphics tablet can be used for simple, low-cost channel branding, live graphic overlaying and logo insertion at IBC2009.

The C2-2355A is designed for easy operation when providing high-quality scaling in any direction between standard video, HD-SDI, DVI or analog computer and HDTV signals, while delivering chromakey, lumakey, picture-in-picture, edge blending, mixing and genlocking.

The chromakey/lumakey feature of the unit will be highlighted throughout the trade show being used to overlay computer graphics, animation and text in real time onto an SD or HD video signal. These applications include drawing in real time over sports footage using paint software and a graphic tablet, channel branding, logo insertion, graphics and text overlaying. Like all CORIO2-based products, the 4:4:4 sampling format ensures that precise keying at pixel level can be achieved.

See TV One at IBC2009 in Stand 7.F10.
