Sierra Video Systems unveils latest Viper routing switcher

Sierra Video Systems has made its Viper ultra-wideband video routing switchers generally available. These RGBHV routing switchers have 500MHz bandwidth and feature hot-swappable video boards, control processors and power supplies. Viper routing switchers’ modularity allow for increased performance and reliability in critical video applications.

The new Viper ultra-wideband routing switchers offer configurations up to 64 x 64 in eight-input and/or eight-output increments, all housed in a compact 4RU frame per video channel.
