Ross Video release software upgrade for Synergy switchers

Ross Video has released v15 software for its Synergy 2-3-4 line of digital production switchers.

This newest version of software gives users new effects, expanded control capabilities, new operational features and support for OverDrive v2.0. It is available to Synergy customers for free although an upgraded control panel CPU is a prerequisite on older systems.

Some highlights of the new release include:

  • Three new Squeeze & Tease Warp effects: corner pinning, lens flare and obscure
  • Aux bus router follow
  • BSS4 port expander
  • Ganged audio (Yamaha) mixers
  • GVG 200 editor protocol
  • Nvision router support
  • Radamec Robotic camera head support
  • Sierra router support
  • Talia NK router support
