Ross begins shipment of multi-definition production switchers


The Synergy MD/MD-X series offers models from one to four with multi-level effect systems.

The Ross Synergy MD/MD-X line of multi-definition production switchers is now shipping.

The MD/MD-X line offers an expanded feature set from the standard definition Synergy series and the ability to handle any SD or HD format.

The switchers are designed for the migration to HDTV. They support all HD and SD formats.

As with the Synergy SD series, the Synergy MD/MD-X series offers models from one to four with multi-level effect systems (MLE). Features include Ross’ Ultrachrome advanced chromakeyer, and extensive machine control, such as VTR, DDR, audio mixer, router and server control.
