Panasonic announces 103in plasma available in December

Panasonic Broadcast has announced pricing and availability for its 103in HD plasma panel. The TH-103PF9UK monitor will be available before Christmas of this year.

The TH-103PF9UK provides widescreen progressive display featuring full HD pixel resolution of 1,920 x 1,080, a contrast ratio of 4000:1 and 4096 equivalent steps of gradation. Its effective display area is approximately 89in x 50in. The 103in 1080p panel is equivalent in size to four 50in Panasonic plasma displays.

The TH-103PF9UK features a Super Cinema Mode and new image-enhancing technologies to reproduce images in native 1920 x 1080 progressive resolution.
