NewTek announces 3PLAY instant replay availability at NAB Show

NewTek has begun shipping 3PLAY, a multichannel, HD/SD instant replay system.

NewTek’s 3PLAY supports the simultaneous display, recording and instant replay of up to three video streams and four digital or analog audio streams per input. The native HD device also supports both NTSC and PAL formats.

The device delivers synchronized, continuous recording and display of up to three video streams. The system connects to any switcher and supports the output of either a single stream or all three streams to the switcher for complete flexibility in live production. Replays are easily organized in separate lists using color coding to distinguish teams, players, game periods, event types and highlights. It supports 16:9 and 4:3 aspect ratios.
