Maximum Throughput to unveil SD/HD workgroup editing software at NAB2008

Maximum Throughput will unveil the new MAXedit Server Edition, a server-based workgroup editing solution, at NAB2008.

Best known for its flagship storage system Sledgehammer, the company’s MAXedit Server Edition is its first editing solution.

MAXedit Server Edition allows broadcasters to set up multiseat HD/SD editing workgroups without buying and networking dedicated HD/SD workstations. The editing application provides the same functionality and allows multiple users to access and edit HD and SD video content.

MAXedit Server Edition users can access a rich editing toolset and fluid user interface via their Web browsers. Multiple compressed and uncompressed SD/HD formats are supported, including HDV, DVCPRO and MPEG-2 formats.

See Maximum Throughput in NAB booth SL11711, or visit www.max-t.com.
