Leitch announces VelocityHD competitive upgrade

Leitch Technology has announced a limited-time offer for editors to upgrade to the VelocityHD nonlinear editing system.

Between now and April 30, registered owners of any other non-linear editing system can purchase VelocityHD at special discounted pricing with the VelocityHD Competitive Upgrade Program, saving up to $1500.

Users may keep their existing product with no trade-in required. Registered users of Leitch's Velocity and VelocityQ SD nonlinear editing systems are eligible for the same discounts.

VelocityHD features full-quality HD playback of two video streams, two dynamic graphics streams, dual-stream real-time HD transitions and effects, and optional 3-D effects with the A3DX DVE daughtercard.
