Lamar Systems unveils PTZ indoor robotic camera system

Lamar Systems has introduced its first HD PTZ indoor robotic camera designed for broadcast studios, videoconferencing and other applications.

The quiet, smooth HD indoor robotic camera supports 10 presets as well as resolutions of 1080p, 1080i and 720p. The camera also supports SD, component video output and has an HDMI, HD-SDI and YpbPR interface. The camera can be controlled remotely from up to 2000ft or wirelessly with a desktop joystick controller.

To complement the robotic camera, Lamar Systems also introduced the Klearlink HD wireless backhaul system. It can be used to transmit and output HD-SDI video or optional ASI at distances up to 20mi.
