Ikegami highlights GF series HD ENG system at HD World

Ikegami showed its new flash-based GF Series tapeless HD ENG system at the recent HD World in New York.

Developed in cooperation with Toshiba, the GF Series includes the GFCAM HDS-V10 tapeless camcorder, the GFSTATION GFS-V10 multiformat studio recorder and GFPAK high-capacity flash media to record more than two hours of HD video.

The GF Series GFCAM HDS-V10 tapeless camcorder is a 3-CCD ENG camera that features 1080i/720p HDTV format support, multiple digital recording modes and advanced features such as retro loop recording. The GF Series GFS-V10 is a flash-based central video management and recording system, including a front-mounted USB port. Both the GFCAM HDS-V10 tapeless camcorder and the GFSTATION GFS-V10 multiformat studio recorder use GFPAK media, a removable flash memory cartridge with up to 64GB capacity and a USB port for access to file-based video.
