HDNet offers free downloads of HD coverage of Discovery launch

HDNet, in partnership with Red Swoosh and Box.net, is offering free downloads of a special 20-minute HD highlight video from the network's exclusive live coverage of last month’s launch of Space Shuttle Discovery.

Red Swoosh's peer-to-peer delivery technology powered the download of HDNet's content. HDNet's Discovery launch segment was the first video HDNet distributed with the application.

Windows Media Video HD format supports 1080i HD resolution.
