Harris hits century mark with NEXIO AMP shipments

Harris has delivered 100 NEXIO AMP media platform servers during the first six weeks of the product’s availability.

The Harris NEXIO AMP media platform pairs a high-performance, HD/SD server architecture with best-in-class content protection.

The new system combines high levels of I/O, data pathway and storage redundancy with NEXIO server features, including integrated software codec support and automatic up/down/crossconversion.

The first products introduced in the NEXIO AMP family are the NX3601HDI media platform with integrated storage and the NX3601HDX media platform for the NEXIO storage area network (SAN).
