FOR-A to roll out HVS-600HS HANABI switcher

FOR-A will introduce the HVS-600HS HANABI 1 M/E switcher, which expands the features included in the HVS-500HS HD/SD switcher, at NAB2007.

Both offer four HD/SD-SDI inputs and five HD/SD-SDI outputs in the base configuration.

The HVS-600HS comes with the company's 3-D DVE integrated into the switcher. The DVE offers polygonal-based effects where video is literally wrapped around 3-D shapes. It operates as a dual-channel DVE in SD mode or a single-channel effects device in HD mode. The HVS-600HS also has a bus for selecting keys or inputs to the aux bus.
