Eyeheight demonstrates color corrector interface enhancement

At Inter BEE in Tokyo last month, Eyeheight demonstrated an integral Ethernet control interface for its range of color correctors.

The interface allows all functions and control menus to be operated from a PC via one-to-one connection, local network or remote Internet access. The Ethernet control feature is available as an option for canalettoSDi (SD), canalettoHDi (HD) and canalettoMDi (multidefinition) products.

Recent additions to Eyeheight's range of multidefinition production and post-production equipment also made their Inter BEE debuts, including:

  • safeEyesMDi safe area generator;
  • canalettoMDi digital color corrector;
  • keyEyesMDi downstream linear keyer with background, fill and key inputs;
  • legalEyesMDi legalizer used to ensure video signal levels remain within the strict tolerances required for HD and SD transmission to air and DVD mastering.
