ESE introduces affordable DA

ESE introduced its DV-201, an SDI (3G, HD & SD) 1 x 4 distribution amplifier that can distribute digital signals at data rates of 3Gb/s, 1.5Mb/s and 270Mb/s. The DV-201 is now available and ready to ship.

The unit automatically detects the incoming data rate and then reclocks and equalizes 400m at 270Mb/s, 200m at 1.5Mb/s and 140m at 3Gb/s of 1694A coax cable. It’s housed in a black anodized aluminum enclosure (1.6in x 7in x 5in) that can be easily placed behind an equipment rack or in the rack by specifying the rack-mount option.

The DV-201 is completely self-contained and requires no external power supply (only 117VAC or 220VAC (option J).
