Cobalt Digital introduces four new signal converters for openGear platform

Cobalt Digital launched a new line of up/down/crossconverter cards for the Ross Video openGear platform at IBC2009. Each is equipped with a feature set designed for challenging applications.

The new cards include:

• 9822 downconverter with HD/SD-SDI input, embedded audio, frame sync, time code and closed-captioning support
• 9064 up/down/crossconverter with HD/SD-SDI input, RGB color corrector and frame sync
• 9067 upconverter with SD-SDI input, embedded audio, frame sync, time code and closed-captioning support
• 9068 upconverter with SD-SDI input, time code and closed-captioning support
