Cinital to show HD virtual studio at NAB

UK-based Cinital (booth #4730) will showcase the latest advances in its new Previzion virtual studio solution at NAB2007. The company has developed a solution for seamlessly integrating computer-generated graphics and live video from real-time camera motion to create realistic synthetic video spaces.

The solution, now capable of advanced features such as keyed subject occlusion, is presently being evaluated by visual effects and film, television and multimedia companies.

Previzion offers affordable, advanced camera motion tracking and scene integration technology for rapid previsualization or visual effects creation. The system enables production professionals to easily create moving images without the need for specialized technical knowledge in keying, match moving or compositing. Using the industry-standard FBX file format, camera motion data can be easily recorded and imported into 3-D applications including Autodesk Maya, Autodesk 3ds Max, SOFTIMAGE|XSI, Luxology Modo, MAXON Cinema 4D, and others.
