Chyron rolls out HD version of Lyric plug-in

Chyron has launched an HD version of the Lyric plug-in for the family of Avid Technology non-linear editors, which allow users who are starting to edit their programs in HD to benefit from the software’s graphics and titling capabilities.

The HD version of the Lyric plug-in offers a wide range of features for text and graphic creation, including extensive support for templates, database links for easy integration with external data sources, easy animation creation and editing and 3-D text and animation support.

In addition, broadcasters can deploy the Lyric plug-in software alongside real-time Chyron graphics systems and interchange designs, layouts and completed pages for use in either environment.
