Broadcast Pix builds mobile studio for European Slate demonstrations

Broadcast Pix has built a small but complete mobile broadcast production studio to take its Slate live production system to broadcasters and production professionals across Europe.

The road show began in the UK and will be followed by tours in Holland, Slovenia and Germany, eventually crossing all 27 countries of the European Union.

The Broadcast Pix Slate system integrates a production switcher, production control panel, Inscriber CG, transitional effects, chroma keyer, clip store, 16:9 and 4:3 aspect ratio treatment and multiview monitoring in a single workstation-based system.
