Bluefish444 Europe unveils redThing, blueThing converters

Bluefish444 Europe has introduced the redThing and blueThing, compact multistandard HD-SDI to DVI-I converters designed to meet the increasing demand for HD/SDI or SD/SDI monitoring.

The redThing and blueThing allow HD or SD signals to be viewed using practically any LCD, plasma or projector display. The converters accept SD-SDI at 525/625 line-rates or 720p/1080i/1080p/1080PsF HD-SDI. Incoming signals and output resolution are auto-sensed to ensure accurate image conformity when viewed on 16:9 and 4:3 screens.

The converters’ spatial and temporal video processing delivers excellent frame rate conversion, scaling and deinterlacing.

The redThing and blueThing are available immediately from Bluefish444 resellers worldwide.
