AV Toolbox introduces HD scan converter

The AVT-3190HD includes switchable PC or HDTV inputs, image zoom, pan, and positioning, 2-D flicker filter, comprehensive aspect ratio adjustment and built-in test signals.
The new AV Toolbox model AVT-3190HD scan converter allows older TVs and monitors to receive HD signals.

The unit converts both PC and HDTV input to NTSC or PAL output. The AVT-3190HD can also be used in boardrooms, conference centers and training classroom environments requiring mixed format multimedia conversions.

The AVT-3190HD makes composite, S-Video, and component (YCbCr or YPbPr) video available at its outputs along with loop-through input. Capable of supporting PC input up to and including UXGA (1600x1200 at 60Hz), the compact unit accommodates HDTV input up to 1080i, as well as VGA refresh rates extending to 140Hz.
