VMax uses XMIO2 video board series

Vsn has launched a new range of video servers designed to take advantage of the latest available IT hardware and the high-end XMIO2 video board series from Matrox under the VMax brand name.

Following the standard VDCP specification, the VMax servers are SD/HD multiformat compatible and offer features such as play-while-record, modular I/O, flexible storage capacity featuring Fibre Channel and/or SAS storage and closed-captioning support. The VMax series has been designed as a partner to the vsnmulticom automation system.
