Teamcast to unveil new DVB-SH product lines at IBC2007

TeamCast is introducing at IBC2007 three new product families for the deployment of DVB-SH-compliant mobile television networks, including:

  • The MSH-2000 modulator family, a range of high-performance modulators designed for building terrestrial repeaters in urban and dense environments where satellite signals need reinforcement;
  • The RSH-1000 family, receivers and demodulators designed for monitoring DVB-SH transmissions in the field;
  • The SSH-2000 family, featuring signal generators for testing DVB-SH chips and receivers, either at the development stage or in the manufacturing process.

Individual models within each family can be implemented in different frequency bands, including IF, UHF and S-band.

Teamcast will also display new extensions to its ModulCast range of modules at the show. These include the RXS-1000 demodulator, a DVB-S/DVB-S2 demodulator for use with a DVB-T/DVB-H, FLO or DVB-SH modulator, and an internal GPS receiver option for DVB-T/DVB-H, FLO, ATSC or DVB-SH modulators.
