Prague’s Nova TV deploys Pepple Beach Neptune for new playout facility

Pebble Beach’s Neptune automation system has been selected for an installation at Prague-based Nova TV. Pebble Beach will supply a three-channel playout system with main and backup device controllers and five client operator positions. The system was also able to meet one of Nova’s key requirements for a customizable solution that would allow for future expansion.

The system will employ Neptune’s N+n redundancy feature, providing strong cost effective resilience to potential failures without the need for fully mirrored playout.

Neptune will also control a 26-port SeaChange server, Vizrt graphics devices and Harris IconMaster master control switchers.
