New POINT-HD to be shown at IBC2007

At IBC2007, e-mediavision.com will introduce the POINT-HD version 3.2 broadcast graphics telestrator, as well as the X-View DPX-IP real-time multisource IP stream multiviewer.

POINT-HD is an interactive tool used by sports and news TV presenters for drawing and annotating over live video. Features added to the new POINT-HD include: an animation tool, which allows third-party CG and animation systems to be controlled via POINT-HD user interface; a live Web tool to display Web sites in the HD/SD output; Targa animations within the displayed graphics; and real-time circles, ovals and spotlights.

X-View DPX-IP adds a new element to the existing range of X-View Multiviewers by allowing the direct decoding and display of multiple H.264, MPEG-4, MPEG-1 and MPEG-2 broadcast streams while still in the digital IP domain. X-View DPX-IP is able to decode up to 24 HD or SD streams in real time with output display resolutions of 1080 x 1920 per display monitor.
