New Delhi TV orders Eyeheight playout

New Delhi Television (NDTV), one of India's largest independent broadcasters, has taken delivery of an Eyeheight playout modular master control system. The new system is integrated with NDTV's two existing Eyeheight presTX systems. All three systems are interfaced to the network's in-house automation.

India's broadcast systems integrator, Benchmark Microsystems, negotiated the contract and will provide technical support from its own New Delhi headquarters. They can match NDTV's gradually expanding requirements using Eyeheight's expandable architecture. Playout enables broadcasters and systems integrators to configure a master control system to their immediate needs while retaining the freedom to expand the system as demand increases.
