Mosart to automate NRK News

Mosart Medialab has signed a contract for news broadcast automation with the Norwegian Broadcaster NRK. The project, to be implemented throughout 2009, will automate NRK’s Studio 7 news gallery in Oslo. The broadcaster will be able to operate a live studio with only one to two people in the gallery. The automation system will control graphics, video servers, vision mixers, audio mixers, camera robotics, routers and lighting from one console in the control room, as well as integrate with the existing media asset management and news production systems.
