Marquis integrates Medway with SeaChange

Marquis Broadcast has integrated its Medway media transfer and format conversion software with SeaChange International’s Broadcast MediaLibrary 24000ex and 6000ex play-to-air storage servers. The integration enables broadcasters to create powerful tapeless HD workflows based on SeaChange’s Broadcast MediaLibrary/MediaClient play-to-air platform, where native Avid DNxHD content can be exchanged seamlessly between an Avid nonlinear post-production environment and SeaChange ingest and playout servers without the need for transcoding as media moves between different systems.
