Just Edit installs vsn systems in three continents

Canal 9 in Sierre, Switzerland, has chosen Just Edit’s vsn system to automate its news production and master control room. The Canal 9 vsnnews 26-seat system is complete with two news playout studios and a third for a master control room. The solution also includes titling systems, teleprompter, automatic ingest and network monitoring software.

A turnkey system for Ishtar TV, located in Erbil, Iraq, will be pre-configured in Spain before shipping, and includes a vsnnews playout, synchronized prompter and titler, automatic ingest and a master control room. Ishtar TV will also use the just recently announced content management module, vsnmacsharer, to integrate three Apple FinalCutPro systems into the vsn network. Elma, a broadcaster in Turkey, has purchased a complete network editing system.

In Mexico, music channel Exa TV has opted for a vsnmatic and vsncg. The purchase includes three network editing workstations and a render farm to speed up the data transfer.

M7 Mallorca is upgrading its playout to DV25 and has installed a new vsnmatic DV system. The project also features more storage capacity and an increase in the number of connected workstations.
