Ireland's public broadcaster selects Pilat Media IBMS

Radio Telefís Éireann (RTÉ), Ireland's public TV and radio broadcaster, will use Pilat Media’s Integrated Broadcast Management System (IBMS) for its future channel management system. A contract for the licensing, implementation and long-term maintenance of IBMS was also signed.

Under this contract, a two-month scoping phase has already commenced, aiming to produce the detailed solution design and implementation plan and to finalize the costing of the customization, integration, training and support effort required. Subject to these being approved by RTÉ, the full implementation will then continue and is expected to take approximately one year to complete.
