Golf Channel gets Flash

The Golf Channel is now offering 800 hours of on-demand content using Nine Systems’ worldwide network of stream OS management tools. The Golf Channel is the first of Nine Systems’ clients to use the new Flash service.

Nine Systems routes all types of rich media through the company’s content delivery network (CDN) and across other top-tier CDNs. Stream OS is the company’s suite of configurable rich-media management and delivery tools that enable audio and video streaming, live event broadcasting, Web conferencing and the anytime sale of rich media content.
