Front Porch Digital Selected by Belarus TV

Belarus TV is implementing a digital video archive powered by Front Porch Digital’s DIVArchive.

The system went live Aug. 1. Front Porch handled the installation of its product in partnership with the Lithuanian company TVT, which was chosen as integrator of the new system. The architecture of the system is structured around two Omneon Spectrum video servers, an IBM tape library, and an automation system from SGT. DIVArchive is a software middleware that enables interoperability between large digital media storage devices, video servers, editing systems, and digital media workflow applications in the broadcast, media, and entertainment industries.
