Flip4Mac links Final Cut with Grass Valley K2 server

Flip4Mac Profile|K2 Components, now available from Telestream, enable broadcasters to transfer media files directly into Final Cut Pro systems for editing from Grass Valley servers.

The Flip4Mac Profile|K2 Components provide file-based import and export of IMX D-10 and DV25/50 video and uncompressed audio between Grass Valley K2, Profile, Turbo and M-Series media servers and Final Cut Pro applications for Mac OS X users. Editors can browse, import, edit and export content to and from devices not natively supported by Final Cut Pro, eliminating the need to return to baseband video in order to move media files between systems.

For more information, see www.flip4mac.com and www.telestream.net.
