VidTrans to Hold 2004 Conference in New Orleans
VidTrans, an annual gathering and exhibition for the professional video transport sector, is holding its VidTrans2004 conference Feb. 8-11 at the New Orleans Marriott.

The theme of the 2004 conference is "Video and Data Networking: Convergence or Conflict?" and will focus on the suitability of traditional data communications networks for transporting professional quality video. The conference will also feature two panel discussions of industry experts and an optional half-day tutorial preceding the conference on MPEG technology.
